We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work day and overnight schedule options
• Must be open to 4 10hour shifts
• Salesforce is a plus
• Spanish speaking is a plus

Person must be willing to work the following shifts:

Sun Wed (3rd Shift) 7:30 pm to 6:30 am
Tue Fri (3rd shift) 7:30 pm to 6:30 am
Sun Wed (3rd Shift) 8:00 pm to 7:00 am
Fri Mon 4:00 am to 3:00 pm
Wed Sat 8:00 am to 7:00 pm
Sun Wed 10:00 am to 9:00 pm
