40 hours per week; must be flexible and available between the hours of 8am-9pmEST, Monday-Friday


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides advances service to patients, providers and caregivers, as it relates to, but not limited to: billing and coding support, prior authorization assistance, benefit verificationProvides exceptional customer service and resolves requests in a timely mannerCoordinates with internal and external service provides to ensure services are performed in accordance with program policyBecomes knowledgeable regarding payer trends and reimbursement trendsPerforms other related duties as assigned


REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED required3+ years of experience working within medical administration6+ months of experience working from homeMust have high speed internet and a workspace with minimal distractionsMust be proficient within Microsoft Office SuiteMust have the proven ability to communication effectivelyGeneral knowledge of healthcare billing preferred
