About the Role

As a Caregiver/Direct Support Professional, you will assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.

Your Responsibilities

• Support participants in developing real, meaningful relationships with their peers
• Expand your knowledge of psychology by supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges
• Assist participants with their daily routines and provide guidance on budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
• Help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities

Requirements

• No High School Diploma required
• No experience required
• Valid Driver's license of 1 year and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required
