- Provide Data and Business analysis support to the Enterprise Master Data Management organization focusing on Customer Master.
- Data Analysis Support for Ex-US Next Gen Customer Master:
- Works independently on large volume data sets, data analysis and comparison between different data sets and generate meaningful insights.
- Works proficiently with Microsoft SQL, Oracle and MS Excel. Experience using Veeva Data Matcher tool (a plus).
- Develop/create professionally formatted summary materials (e.g. spreadsheets, tables, charts, Presentations).
- Proven strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to synthesize large data sets from a variety of sources.
- Provides feedback in design of new integration initiatives.
- Detail oriented and analytical with planning and organizational skills.
- Collaborates and builds alignment with cross functional matrix team members.
- Works with business teams to gather the requirements for the technology and reporting projects and build use cases to clarify requirements.
- Provide support for business case creation.
- Providing support for change management, User Acceptance testing and co-ordination with downstream systems.
- Maintain issue/decision needed tracker and document latest status.
- Following up on action items assigned to MDM team and driving to resolution (e.g. execution of Third Party Access agreements, coordination with data providers on data layouts & deliverables, etc).
- Document use cases, process workflows etc.,
- Ability to translate concepts and strategy into meaningful communications.
- Communicating insights with business teams and key stakeholders.
- Maintains a strong focus on quality, data accuracy, and delivering business value.
- Sr. Business Data Analyst with a minimum 5+ years of Data analyst/data reporting experience using Pharma data sets.
- Experience in Commercial Customer Master and Data Analysis, preferably in Pharmaceutical / Health Industry Professional and Organization customer data (IQVIA OneKey/Veeva OpenData). Strong SQL knowledge and Proficiency with Microsoft SQL, Oracle and MS Excel.
- Experience using Veeva Data Matcher tool (a plus). Experience/Familiarity with GDPR (preferred).
