We currently have an opening for a Structural Engineer in our Cold-Formed Steel Group at our Brookfield, WI location.
This position, either individually or as part of a team, is responsible for the overall design, review and coordination of cold formed steel structural building related projects from inception through completion of construction.
Structural Engineer - Cold-Formed - Hybrid, Remote Possible - Primary Responsibilities:Organize and manage structural design efforts for multiple simultaneous projects
Design and layout structural engineering drawings for assigned projects/work assignments including the preparation of plans, schedules and details
Design structural systems of primarily cold-formed steel framing and structural steel for a variety of healthcare, commercial, retail, multi-family residential, industrial and institutional buildings nationwide
Prepare Structural calculations and design drawings for submittal

Requirements:
Structural Engineer - Cold-Formed - Hybrid, Remote Possible - Skills and
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree in Structural or Civil Engineering and zero (0) to three (3) or more years of experience in the structural design of cold-formed steel building projects.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products; and working knowledge of AutoDesk Revit and AutoCAD programs
Working knowledge of various structural analysis and design programs including CFS Designer and RISA
Attentive to detail and accuracy
