    Description
    Our top firm is seeking a property manager with a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate will be professional at all times, exhibit strong organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The property manager will also display excellent business judgment, have an acute concern for customer satisfaction, and possess a strong sense of fairness and integrity as they manage and oversee a significant new real estate asset.

    Compensation:

    $36,720 - $44,800 yearly

    Responsibilities:
    • Advertise vacancies, obtain referrals from current tenants, show units, and showcase advantages of locations and services to help obtain new tenants
    • Establish rates by researching local market and calculating costs so pricing is accurate and fair
    • Coordinates and manages all facets of resident move-in and move-outs including processing applications to ensure smooth processes
    • Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction
    • Prepares annual budget to help make sure financial objectives are met
    Qualifications:
    • Demonstrable skills in negotiation and selling
    • Flexibility in schedule to include working both evenings and weekends
    • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office
    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • Great with people– warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone
