    As asenior internal auditoron the corporate Internal Audit & Advisory team, you'll assist with planning, executing, and reporting financial, operational and compliance related audits and projects for compliance with federal laws, corporate standards, and generally accepted accounting principles. Using your experience with Six Sigma or Lean management, you'll also serve as the day-to-day project manager for audit projects and provide project guidance and informal coaching to junior auditors as needed.

    This is a hybrid role to be located in Mayfield Village, OH; Carmel, IN or Tampa, FL where we currently have offices.

    Must-have qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting/Finance, Business Management, Economics, or Mathematics and four years of relevant audit, operational, or financial experience.
    Preferred skills
    • Experience in an operations management role, with recent S ix Sigma, Lean management, continuous improvement, or quality control experience
    • Demonstrated people management skills as technical advisor for assigned auditors or as lead/mentor in training and developing of other auditors
    • Experience providing day-to-day project management oversight of assigned staff including first level review of staff work products
    • Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and deliver value through practical recommendations, with experience influencing senior leadership
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and financial skills
    Compensation
    • $70,100 - $93,500/year depending on position level and experience
    • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
