    Description

    Position Overview:

    We are looking for a skilled Lead Administrator to join our team at TCS. As the Lead Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks independently and ensuring compliance with TCS Management systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Facility Management:
      • Manage all aspects of Facility Management including Security, Housekeeping, Material Movement, Front Office Management, Inventory Management, and Compliance.
    • Security:
      • Supervise Physical Security operations, monitor CCTV coverage, analyze Security systems data, and ensure compliance with Information & Security Policies.
    • Audits:
      • Ensure audit readiness by enforcing TCS Policies and compliance with statutory requirements.
    • Others:
      • Follow Work Environment Guidelines and HSE Guidelines for all sites, maintain Health Safety Environment Data, conduct Safety drills, ensure equipment availability, manage budgets, and liaise with stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

    • Associate degree.
    • 10-14 years experience in Administrative Function.
    • Excellent English communication skills.

    Requirements:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Knowledge of Office Management, Safety procedures, Security systems, Personnel management, and Finance processes.

    Skills Needed:

    • Organizational, Analytical, and Problem-solving skills.
    • Proactive, Self-motivated, and Flexible.
    • Ability to multitask, make quick decisions, and work in a diverse environment.

    Availability:

    The ideal candidate should be professional, adaptable, and accessible for emergent requirements both during and outside regular business hours.

    (This position may require work at multiple TCS locations in and around Cincinnati.)
