- Pack and invoice completed jobs
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Contact customers via phone and/or email about various stages of the workflow.
- Some light finishing/mailing at times.
- Ship completed packages
- 1+ year of experience working at a Print Shop or related field (customer service, sales, graphic design) is strongly preferred for our immediate need
- In general, no experience is needed and we will give you on-the-job training.
- Adobe InDesign experience is a definite plus.
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
