    Job Description:


    This position services our firms existing and all new clients with all client service and all business requests being handled daily, including noting all tasks in CRM for history and workflow management, beneficiary changes, withdrawals, reallocations, premium management, client signature coordination, incoming client service calls, database management, and client appointment preparation, including updating client account summaries for their review meetings, preparing financial advisors for their review meetings, and preparing issued accounts for delivery.

    Minimum Requirements:
    Associate degree preferred
    Financial/insurance experience preferred, but not mandatory
    CRM experience
    Experience with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly


    Responsibilities:


    This Client Service Administrator on our All Business Team will be expected to have consistent follow-through with all efforts, build relationships with prospects and clients, and help prepare the Advisor for client appointments.


    Other daily, weekly, and monthly tasks may include:
    Receive incoming client service calls in a friendly manner
    Complete each service request and resolve client issues
    Input notes into CRM and keep updated
    Coordinate and follow up on each client transfer
    Review applications prior to submission
    Prepare client review summary for upcoming appointments
    Maintain professional communication with clients and staff
    Assist with client updates, reports, and mailings
    Assist in setting client appointments for financial advisors
    Assist with New Business processing


    Additional Details:
    This position is full-time, 40 hrs./week, 8-hour shifts

    Remote:

    Reports to headquarters:
    Clearwater, FL office
    Start time, 9:00 a.m./End time 5:30 p.m.
    30-minute unpaid lunch, 15-minute paid breaks
    90-day introductory period
    PTO days accumulated over time until end of calendar year, and eligible after introductory period ends
    Not eligible for overtime
    Health package (health, vision, dental) available after introductory period ends
    Retirement benefits available after introductory period ends


    Salary:
    $20 - $23/hour Based on Experience
