    The Headlines:

    In the role of Mgr. Supply Chain Capabilities working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Supply Chain Capabilities team. . You will lead process harmonization, RACI alignment, and continues improvement effort to support NPI within ISC and key commercials teams that supports our Innovation acceleration aspirations, that allows for brilliant execution of projects.

    You will develop and implement short- and long-term digital solutions (i.e. Product Lifecycle Management) that supports NPI process, in partnerships with our IT, Business Process Excellence, Global Business Services and functional business partners (ISC, Commercial, Legal, Procurement, Finance, etc.)

    You will drive the necessary organizational and change management efforts to accelerate implementations of process improvement & digital efforts.

    Liaises with Learning and Development to develop and deliver appropriate training material to support NPI. You will support development and implementation of bench strength improvements that drives team effectiveness of the Supply Chain Capabilities team (on boarding, skillset assessment, etc)

    This position reports to Sr. Dir. Supply Chain Capabilities- North America and works closely with L&D, Supply Chain and other cross functional teams

    The Responsibilities:

  • Most importantly, you will lead a team of 1-3 talented colleagues, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations.
  • You will partner with key stakeholders groups in the integrated supply chain team, IT, global shared services and commercia, to build the roadmap and detail business requirements to deliver an integrated and robust PLM platform that supports critical business needs. This will include creating the business case for investing in this capability, building the road map of capabilities that will be delivered in an Agile approach and champion the execution of this multi-year effort.
  • You will provide thought leadership and partner with the Dir. Project Management & other key stakeholder groups to lead the continues improvements and harmonization of ways of working across supply chain team to support faster route to market and brilliant execution of START projects, this includes but is not limited to aligning RACI, supporting SOP creation, on-boarding efforts for PMO team and extended key teams
  • The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain OR equivalent experience (8+ years) in the field of Supply Chain, Change Management implementation
  • PMP Certification, Agile, Scrum Master, or Change Management Implementation a plus
  • You have a comprehensive understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the function and contribute to achieving the goals of the business, requiring a basic understanding of the industry and how our business runs.
