- Previous experience in residential maintenance - apartments, hotels, or private homes
- Must have personal hand tools and drill - bring to site daily; do not leave at property.
- Must have reliable transportation and have a team mentality.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- HVAC/EPA Certification is a PLUS
- Strong experience in the following tasks:
- Plumbing - sink/shower/toilet repair, replacing fixtures, unclogging drains (snaking when applicable)
- Electrical - replacing fixtures and switches, knowledge of safety protocol, and rewiring when applicable.
- Carpentry - patching holes, replacing doors/locks, hanging cabinetry, light touch-up painting.
- Appliances - help with installation of W&D, stoves (when applicable), installing garbage disposals, small repairs.
- Technicians should be courteous to residents and provide realistic expectations for completed job.
- Report missing/needed parts to Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager (as instructed)

Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking skilled and experienced Maintenance Technicians in Austin, Tx for upcoming opportunities.
Maintenance staff will be responsible for completing tickets, turning vacant units and other required tasks and must have their own hand tools and drill. Attendance is important and the manager is looking for technicians who are skilled, and ready to be hired permanently.
