    Frattallone's Hardware and Garden Center is currently seeking Retail Sales Associates to join their team.



    We are in search of individuals who can ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, creating a pleasant shopping atmosphere for our valued customers. As a Retail Sales Associate, your main responsibilities will involve engaging with customers, addressing their needs promptly, and resolving any concerns effectively to enhance their overall experience.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Customer Service:
      • Warmly greet and assist customers, offering help and product guidance.
      • Listen attentively to customer requirements and provide suitable recommendations.
      • Direct customers to relevant products based on their needs.
      • Enhance customer confidence by sharing product knowledge and technical support.
      • Handle sales transactions, including order processing and price checks.
      • Respond to telephone inquiries courteously and informatively.
      • Organize and display merchandise as per guidelines.
      • Suggest new products based on customer input.
      • Conduct inventory checks as scheduled.
      • Restock shelves and maintain product presentation.
      • Keep sales area clean and orderly.
      • Assist customers with loading purchased items.
      • Utilize resources for price discrepancies and product issues.
