We are seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Lead to build and scale a proactive safety program across labs fabrication spaces marine operations pilot manufacturing and field environments This role is not just about expertise—it’s about partnership You will work side-by-side with engineers technicians operators identify risks early develop practical solutions embed safety directly into how work gets designed done This is a unique opportunity design safety systems ground up fast-moving engineering environmentResponsibilities
- Lead rollout adoption Panthalassa’s Safety Principles making them visible tangible actionable labs shops docks test environments
- Build simple transparent safety management system track inspections near misses incidents ensure clear ownership accountability timely review implementation resulting corrective actions
- Create structured training framework prepares teams safe work all environments including fabrication marine operations electrical lab environments pilot manufacturing
