- Sales and Upselling: Drive sales by assisting customers, promoting featured products, and upselling.

- Cash Handling: Oversee cash registers, handle transactions, and reconcile daily sales.
- Training and Development: Train new staff members and conduct ongoing training sessions.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the gift shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with Management: Work closely with the store manager to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a retail leadership role.
