    Job Summary:


    As an In-home Caregiver at Village Caregiving in Bowling Green, you will play a critical role in providing compassionate and quality care to our clients in Clarkson, Kentucky.

    This is a Part Time hourly Healthcare/Medical job, where you will work as an individual contributor, responsible for meeting the daily needs of our clients in their homes.

    You will be responsible for assisting clients with tasks such as personal hygiene, medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.


    Compensation & Benefits:
    This is a Part Time hourly position with competitive pay rates based on experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide compassionate care and assistance to clients in their homes
    • Assist clients with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming
    • Administer medication reminders, as directed by a licensed nurse
    • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, if necessary
    • Monitor and report changes in client's health condition to the supervising nurse
    • Accompany clients to appointments and outings, as needed
    • Provide light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, and changing linens
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
    • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other members of the care team

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
    • CNA certification is advantageous
    • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
    • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude
    • Ability to work independently and follow a care plan
