    Description


    We are seeking a dynamic HR Associate to join our team and provide essential support across various functions including talent acquisition, client services, technology, and HR community engagement.

    The ideal candidate will possess a blend of administrative skills, customer orientation, and a proactive attitude to ensure smooth operations within our organization.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and Placement team, assisting with candidate sourcing, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.
    • Offer administrative assistance to the Client Services Team, including but not limited to managing client inquiries, coordinating meetings, and maintaining client records.
    • Provide technology and systems support, troubleshooting basic IT issues, and assisting with the implementation of new tools and platforms.
    • Ensure HR community client delight by responding promptly and effectively to inquiries, providing support with HR initiatives, and fostering positive relationships with internal stakeholders.

    Supervision Received:

    • Receive specific direction from immediate supervisor.
    • Follow established work procedures and receive periodic checks for performance.
    • Refer unique questions/conditions to immediate supervisor for guidance.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    • No supervisory responsibilities.

    Education Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, HR, business, sales, or equivalent work experience.
    • Minimum two (2) years of related experience.
    • Recruiting experience is a plus.
