    intimate and inviting in every aspect of the space. The massive patio relaxes and enlivens the senses
    with outdoor eating, drinking and entertainment.

    Position Summary

    The Servers in our restaurant play an integral role to ensure our guests have exceptional dining experiences. The right person will be passionate about food and service, and thoroughly enjoy creating excellent experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing disposition, and previous experience working as a Server in a bustling, fast-paced restaurant setting.

    Pay starting at $11.40 per hour plus tips of $3.02-$20+ per hour

    Responsibilities
    • Greet guests warmly and take them to their table
    • Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
    • Maintain a working knowledge of food and drink menu items, promotions, ingredients, and prep time
    • Present restaurant menus, answer questions and make recommendations for food and beverages
    • Take food and beverages orders verbally from guests and correctly enter the order into the point of sale (POS) system
    • Communicate any guest allergies or special requests with the kitchen team and support staff
    • Check guest identification and confirm legal drinking age
    • Serve guests food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
    • Check with guests to ensure enjoyment of their meal, promptly address issues with a positive attitude and refer guests to management when necessary
    • Collect guest payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner
    • Collaborate with other restaurant staff
    • Remain guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
    • Comply with all food and beverage regulations
    • Other duties as assigned by management

    Qualifications and Requirements
    • Minimum 21 years of age
    • Prior full-service Server experience preferred
    • Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays up to 25lbs for prolonged periods of time
    • Ability to effectively listen and respond to guest needs
    • Ability to multitask efficiently
    • Must be courteous, guest focused, friendly and maintain a professional demeanor
    • Attention to cleanliness and safety
    • Must be responsible and trustworthy
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is highly desired
