    SNI Technologys top client located in Gallatin, TN is seeking to hire a talented IT Support Services Analyst for an exciting 4-month, contract-to-hire opportunity Please note this is 40 hours, 5 days per week onsite position working in the Gallatin, TN office.

    JOB DESCRIPTIONIT Support Services Analyst The IT Support Services Analyst is the primary interface between the Information Technology department and the Management staff at each branch and/or warehouse location.

    The position is responsible for the purchase, installation, maintenance, and support of all technology within their assigned branches and associated locations.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (% of Time)


    Address internal employees IT related issues and requests, follow up with employees on open incidents and requests and document support efforts in the service desk systems.

    (50%)Install, monitor, and maintain user workstations, operating systems, and applications.

    (25%)Suggest and implement helpdesk/IT support process improvements (10%)Assure compliance with internal controls related to particular IT functions (5%)Write knowledgebase articles of solutions and "how to" information for users and IT technicians.

    (5%)Administer and maintain network security access. (5%)DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE The following skills are must-have requirements:
    Bachelors degree in IT, Engineering, Business or related field, OR commensurate work experience in related technology position is required.
    ITIL Foundation Certification or equivalent experience in service management and delivery.4yrs
    • Demonstrable experience with Windows Server setup and administration, Windows Client operating system and Microsoft client applications4yrs
    • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Active Directory environments, including OU management and security.

    • Managing medium to large projects from planning to fulfillment.

    • Experience supporting basic network infrastructure including LANs, WANs, and Wi-Fi.

    TRAVEL REQUIRED This job requires up to 20% domestic travel.
    WORK STATUS & LOCATION This full-time, non-exempt position is located in Gallatin, TN. This position requires onsite work in the Gallatin office 5 days per week. Please note this is not a remote position. Relocation is not available for this position.

    COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The compensation for this position is in the range of $30.00 to $35.00 per hour during the 4-month contract duration of the assignment, with an estimated salary range of $62K to $74K annually upon conversion to permanent.
