Job summary
We need someone to own and build our partnerships and business development function. This is a player-coach role for someone who wants to be in market—at events, on panels, in rooms where deals get discussed—while building the systems that turn relationships into revenue.This is not a desk job. You'll be the face of Finalis in NYC's private capital markets community. You should be energized by that, not intimidated by it.
We are looking for a self-starter with sales DNA who can build partnership programs or BD functions before—not just managed existing ones.,
