Would you like a supportive and positive work environment? If so, Positive Solutions Behavior Group is hiring therapists to work in our Beavercreek, OH clinic.

Therapists work 1:1 with children teaching communication skills and building skillsets to help our children reach their fullest potential. Positive Solutions provides great on-the-job training and ongoing supervision to ensure therapists are confident in their work.

We offer very competitive pay, monthly bonus opportunities, sign-on bonus, paid time off, paid holidays, health, dental, vision, life, accidental, and disability insurance as well as free supervision towards BCBA certification (for those pursuing a BCBA certification).

We are currently seeking a full-time behavior technician/registered behavior technician to provide clinical services in our Beavercreek, OH location.

Job DescriptionRegistered Behavior Technician Duties:
Implements treatment plan developed by BCBAPrepares and gathers stimuliRecords acquisition, maintenance, behavior dataGenerates accurate therapy notesMaintains data collection systemParticipates in team trainingsCommunicate appropriately and effectively with colleagues and familiesFull time positionQualificationsQualified candidates will possess:High School DiplomaRegistered Behavior Technicians preferredExperience with implementing ABA programmingReliable transportation and valid driver's license Demonstrate professional and ethical behaviors with caregivers and other professionalsMust work well with childrenMust be dependable and reliableAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines
