    About the Role

    We seek an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team on a Supplemental/PRN basis, with a preference for candidates available to work weekends and weekdays. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in improving the functional communication, cognitive abilities, and overall quality of life for our patients.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to develop individualized treatment plans.
    • Provide speech pathology services, including screening, assessment, treatment planning, and intervention delivery.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes and improve functional status.
    • Patient population includes adult-geriatric patients, requiring expertise in feeding, functional communication, and cognitive abilities.

    Requirements

    • Master's degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent required.
    • Current Maryland State license or eligibility required; Certification of Clinical Competency (CCC) by ASHA preferred.
    • One year of recent acute/subacute experience, including CFY, preferred.
    • Previous experience with Microsoft Office suite required.

    What We Offer

    A competitive salary ranging from $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
