    As we continue to expand our digital transformation initiatives, we are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Engineer to join our dynamic team
    As a ServiceNow Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions to support various business functions
    You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, business analysts, and stakeholders, to understand requirements and implement effective solutions within the ServiceNow platform
    Key Tasks and Responsibilities


    • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet business requirements.
    • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and prioritize ServiceNow projects.
    • Configure ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
    • Design and implement ServiceNow integrations with other systems and applications.
    • Perform ServiceNow administration tasks, including user management, access control, and system maintenance.
    • Develop ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to monitor key metrics and KPIs.
    • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of ServiceNow applications to ensure reliability and performance.
    • Stay updated on ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
    • Document technical specifications, deployment procedures, and user guides for ServiceNow solutions

    Job Requirements:
    Education & Experience


    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
    • Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
    • Experience with ServiceNow modules and applications, preferably including Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
    • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and principles.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment
    Certifications


    • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified System Administrator (CSA) are a plus
    Security Clearance


    • Active DoD Secret (preferred)
    Other (Travel, Work Environment, DoD 8570 Requirements, Administrative Notes, etc.)


    • This position will be primarily remote in the DC area
