    Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

    • Ensure a safe and harassment and discrimination free work environment by following and enforcing all safety rules and procedures, all company policies, applicable laws, and Precision Values
    • Follow all safety rules, operating guidelines and procedures
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of safety, efficiency, and positive work environment
    • Conduct and document initial origin damage inspection
    • Scan and receive inbound vehicles into inventory
    • Park and bay vehicles in accordance with both AAR and Customer standards
    • Correct deficiencies with inventory accuracy or baying procedures
    • Operate inbound vehicles on public roadways to off-site storage
    • All other related duties as required for safe, efficient, and effective operations designated by the supervisor or manager on duty
    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    • Ability to drive a motor vehicle safely
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Ability to operate handheld scanner or other required equipment
    • Ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust the controls of a vehicle to exact positions
    • Ability to listen to, understand, and follow work instructions
    • Ability to pass a driver's license check with no more than 4 points present, no drug or alcohol related driver's license convictions or suspensions within the last 3 years
    • Ability to pass a drug screen
    • Ability to pass a criminal background check
    Physical Requirements: The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
    • The employee is required to converse and listen in office and industrial settings (indoor & outdoor; noise level is high at times).
    • The employee is frequently required to move about on concrete and uneven surfaces for extended periods of time (4-8 hours).
    • The employee is frequently required to remain stationary for extended periods of time (4-8 hours).
    • The employee is required to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
    • The employee is frequently required to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted.
    • The employee is occasionally required to travel by car or air.
    • The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, ascend or descend ladders safely at heights of 10 feet or more, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
    • The vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and adjust focus
