    Position OverviewThe Sr Sales Account Executive (Clearwater) will be responsible for managing and developing new business for Crete's Partners in the state of Florida (presently IR Mechanical and Blue Works).

    You will attract new clients by establishing and retaining the relationship, identifying, and meeting all their MEP requests, and ensuring that they receive outstanding customer service from all our MEP departments.

    The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful MEP sales experience, be high energy with a competitive growth and entrepreneurial mindset ready to deliver outstanding service for our partners and clients.

    Key Deliverables:
    Develop and maintain strategic long-term relationships with high volume customers to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.
    Mentor and help develop sales staff - leading by example.
    Deliver new opportunities and customers to achieve organizational and revenue objectives.
    Master the Endorsed Partner strategic points of differentiation and deliver a targeted sales strategy to capitalize on it.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Manage accounts of all sizes by representing the Endorsed Partner team externally with customers and internally by working with direct reports and supporting positionsDevelop a thorough understanding of the customers' position in the market, their product/service, points of difference and competitive landscape.

    Manage customer input and feedback for all projects with detailed direction and timelines.
    Manage RFP proposals to deliver wins.

    Facilitate execution as a strategic orchestrator, ensuring Endorsed Partners deliver on the promises we've made, and the results customers expect.

    Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels.50% or more travel required- visit partner businesses, customers, attend trade shows and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities.

    Proactively remain connected to customers and the ever-changing market to access new search opportunities and ensure all viable customers are engaged on a regular and effective basis.

    Influence customers to make the right business decision by persuading collaboratively and by helping them see the financial and non-financial impact of their decisions to their organizations.

    Responsible for the solicitation of project documents and informationFollow up on all outstanding RFP's and project bids with customers.


    Skills and Experience:


    BA in business administration, or similar relevant field experience5+ years of sales experience within the Industrial, Construction / Service industry (MEP)Demonstrable sales results and an established book of businessOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent networking and relationship building skills.

    Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
    Problem-solving and negotiation aptitudeProven ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment consistently and positively.

    Ability to effectively communicate with customer leaders of all levels (C-level down to entry-level support roles)Ability to work independently and manage personal time, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind.

    Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitudeStrong writing, phone, and presentation skillsSalesforce experience preferred.
