Adoration Home Health and Hospice
Adoration Home Health is seeking a full time LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. The Home Health LPN will make intermittent home-vistis to our skilled nursing patients in a particular area. Enjoy the flexibility that a career in home health can bring Flexible schedule
Competitive pay + mileage reimbursement
Tuition reimbursement + other discounts
Communicates health/nursing needs and/or recommendations to RN supervisor
Assists in medical/health appointments as needed
Ensures the provision of nursing/health services under the direction of the RN and as ordered by the physician
Provides direct care as outlined in the Service Plan/Nursing Care Plan
Six (6) months of direct nursing experience
