    Job DescriptionSalary: $55k - $110k

    Summary

    Primarily responsible for developing and implementing safety policies and protocols, leading safety training programs, and investigate incidents and accidents and recommend corrective actions to ensure compliance for a safe construction environment.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Education – Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related area.
    • 3 – 5 years of experience in construction safety management roles.
    • OSHA 30 - Hour Construction Occupational Safety and Health certification or equivalent.
    • OSHA 510 - Occupational Safety and Health Standards for the Construction Industry certification or equivalent.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and protocols in the construction industry.
    • Good understanding of Federal, State, and local regulatory requirements.
    • Microsoft office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel).
    • Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

    Essential Functions

    • Develop and implement safety policies and protocols to ensure a safe construction environment.
    • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards at construction sites.
    • Lead safety training and development programs for construction personnel.
    • Investigate incidents and accidents and recommend corrective actions.
    • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations specifically tailored to construction.
    • Review and maintain compliance with government regulations and ordinances.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.
