The Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA, LPTA) is responsible for delivering treatments, offering exercise guidance, and educating patients to enhance their well-being in alignment with the established care plan.

License Requirements

• Must hold current license, registration, or certification to practice physical therapy within the state
• CPR certification must be up to date
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation
