We're seeking a passionate Project Manager to spearhead our ITAD/ITAM ventures into the future As the Project Manager, you'll be at the helm, orchestrating every aspect of project implementation, work planning, and resource management. You'll be the mastermind behind ensuring customer satisfaction, mitigating risks, and forecasting our path to greatness In this role you will be part of a collaborative team, working hand in hand with sales, operations, logistics, and our valued customers.     The annual base salary range for this position, based out of Syracuse, NY, is $91,000 - $131,000. The actual salary offered will vary based on applicant's relevant skills, education, experience, certifications, and geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.

    What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinate with sales & operations production teams ensuring project execution.
  • Interface with sales and customers on weekly cadence to provide status updates for all project activities.
  • Conduct project meetings, schedule resources, monitor issues and risk and ensure successful completion of projects.
  • Escalate problems and communicate all customer concerns as necessary to Management.
  • Manage external partner relationships and resources as needed.
  • Create procedures and/or make suggestions to improve existing procedures that align with best practices.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing answers to project related questions, making sure all technical and logistical projects are completed on time/budget, scheduling resources for on-site support, projects, and other services, as necessary.
  • Lead team meetings and other presentations with audiences both internally and externally across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Assist with creation of reports for all projects and ensure that all related customer document are delivered according to program requirements.
  • Monitor ISO processes for continuous improvements.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.
  • What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree or 10 year's relevant experience.
  • PMP certification and 2 years' project management experience required.
  • 5 years' experience in a professional office setting.
  • 3 years' experience in installation/deinstallation project management; preferably in a data center environment.
  • Strong experience with subcontractor negotiations and management.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to conduct meetings and schedule resources.
  • Elevated level of initiative with strong focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
