JOB SUMMARY:
TH Plastics Inc. a custom injection molding manufacturer is now accepting applications for Molding / Assembly Operator. This position is responsible for making a quality product within production standards that will be shipped to the customer.


STARTING PAY:
1st Shift - $16.75 / hour2nd Shift - $17.40 / hour3rd Shift - $17.30 / hour

SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday 8 hour shifts3 Shifts


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Communicate with operators from previous shift to receive important job informationMaintain efficiency to the approved standardInspect and pack product in accordance with the job packInspect the parts and sort by means of visual inspections to insure defect freeMaintain the work area and equipment by cleaning, organizing, and keeping it in orderly conditionProvide accurate scrap counts at the end of the shiftSimultaneous use of hand tools and partsCommunicate with Team Leaders and Supervisors when there are issuesComplete all other duties, as assigned


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have the ability to perform repetitive work in a fast paced work environment, which includes long periods of standing, occasional walking and some light liftingMust have the ability to read and comprehend written EnglishMust be able to perform basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and multiplication Regular on-site attendance is required PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSMust be able to lift up to 35 poundsMust be able to stand for entire scheduled shift
