    We're looking for an innovator to grow our Learning & Development team in Concord's first L&D Manager position. In this highly dynamic role, you'll be equal parts program manager, learning experience designer and facilitator. You will bring experience and passion to address a variety of people, talent, career development, learning and development, and organization development opportunities that impact our individual contributor population. This is a unique opportunity to create talent development initiatives with the freedom to have your own vision, while also supporting the scaling of established learning programs. This role will work with general supervision from the L&D Director.

    Responsibilities

    What you'll do:

  • Contribute to the implementation of the global learning strategy aimed at fostering a learning culture
  • Facilitate professional development workshops that align to Concord's mission and values
  • Design, implement, and roll out talent development programs for individual contributors
  • Build strong relationships across a diverse business portfolio to assess and understand the company's learning needs
  • Establish and maintain metrics for existing and future programs that provide insight into the impact of launched initiatives
  • Create and maintain facilitation guides and additional learning materials to support development efforts
  • Develop and maintain learning assets, curriculum, and a variety development best practices that align with organizational goals and values
  • Support L&D Director by attending professional development workshops curating content for learning newsletters and building strong relationships that foster a healthy learning environment.
  • Qualifications

    What you'll need:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Learning and Development Organization Development or Talent Development in positions of increasing responsibility
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred (Organization Development, Industrial Psychology, Education)
  • Excellent written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • You value inclusion through the way you teach- creating a culture of inclusion and belonging is imbedded in your work habits
  • You question the status quo
  • Knowledge of learning models and best practices, instructional design strategies, and learning assessment - and a natural curiosity for leveraging leading edge practices
  • Experience with career development best practices
  • Experience using a learning management system and HRIS is a plus
  • Salary range: $81, ,000

    *This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days minimum on-site.
