Sr. Building Automation Specialist - FTE

Company and Role:

The company attached to the role is an industry leading clean tech provider, and they offer various sustainability and/or ESG services for their clients. They are actively growing their overall company, and with that is a need for a Building Automation Specialist.

This individual will be responsible for responding to service calls, performing maintenance tests, analyses on BAS system installs, advise the service coordinator/techs/external stakeholders on solutions to system issues, perform commission control system installation, read and reference mechanical drawings and annotate changes, and configure, calibrate, and test sensors/actuators/etc.

Experience needed:

At least 3 years of experience building automation controls systems - e.g., Schneider Electric and SmartStruxure

At least 3 years of experience with building automation systems and protocols - e.g., LON, ModBus

Basic Ethernet networking and low voltage electrical testing skills

MS Office Suite

Ability to travel with valid Driver's License
