    The Green Recruitment Company, representing a prominent renewable energy project developer, owner, and operator, is currently seeking a dynamic Land Administration Manager to join the Legal team.

    Responsibilities:

    Real Estate Agreement Administration:
    Oversee the entire lifecycle of real estate agreements, from inception to managing contract compliance and landowner payments.

    Ensure seamless coordination across wind, solar, and battery storage projects during development, construction, and operations phases.


    Collaborative Liaison:


    Act as a central point of contact between various departments, including Accounting, Development, Construction, Project Finance, Asset Management, and Legal.

    Facilitate communication and coordination on all land site control matters.


    Reporting Structure:
    Report directly to the Vice President of Development.

    Work closely with the Director of Legal Project Management, receiving significant oversight.


    Contract Compliance:
    Monitor and enforce compliance with real estate agreements.

    Ensure adherence to legal requirements and contractual obligations throughout project phases.


    Financial Oversight:
    Manage and track landowner payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

    Collaborate with Accounting to streamline financial processes related to land administration.


    Risk Mitigation:
    Identify and mitigate risks associated with land site control.

    Proactively address potential challenges to minimize project disruptions.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Real Estate, Business Administration, Law).

    Proven experience in land administration within the renewable energy sector.

    Familiarity with legal aspects of real estate agreements and compliance.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

    Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Knowledge of wind, solar, and battery storage projects is advantageous.
