Description

• Engage and work with other teams throughout John Deere to accomplish enterprise initiatives and compliance activities impacting Parts IT systems.
• Design, develop, configure, and test JAVA applications and support integrating backend solutions (mainframe, SAP) for the Parts Dealer Order Entry IT systems
• Work collaboratively on an Agile team to deliver solutions that meet all acceptance criteria.
• Provide unit support on general questions, break/fix issues, and process enhancements.

• Onsite
• Hours flexible between 7am – 4:30pm
• May be required to work off-hours to work with global team members

• Three or more years previous experience in JAVA programming.
• 2 or more years of experience in UI development React / Angular / JavaScript / HTML
• 1 or more years participating in Agile Development
• 1 or more years experience working in an Agile Environment
• 3 or more years of experience with Java web development with Spring and RESTful APIs including exposure to Spring boot framework and SOAP services
• 1 or more years of experience with DevOps principles and lean development such as Continuous Integration (e.g. GitHub) and Continuous Delivery (Git Actions)
• 2 or more years of experience with TDD and acceptance test-driven development utilizing J-Unit.
• Experience developing software that integrates with other software
• Coding experience with web applications
