A Brief Overview
Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is in search of a Registered Nurse to join the Outpatient Dermatology team. This role involves daytime shifts from Monday to Friday, contingent upon operational requirements.
Practices at a level of competency in nursing, caring for patients with complex issues while adhering to administrative policies and clinical protocols. Additionally, demonstrates leadership in clinical skills by contributing to care standards and department objectives. Acts as a role model for colleagues, mentors new hires, and partakes in initiatives to enhance nursing knowledge. Administratively reports to the Nursing Director and Manager for nursing practice matters.
