    Main Responsibilities:

    • Manage A/P process. This includes reviewing, reperforming/shadowing and, where necessary, correcting in the work performed by two A/P staff based overseas.
    • Perform necessary internal A/P reporting cash paid, expected cash to be paid, invoices paid by category and vendor, etc.
    • Assist with annual budget and forecast of expenses
    • The company does not utilize PO's, so the work includes two and threeway match to inhouse ordering docs to products and services received from company vendors
    • Move the A/P processes, procedures, document flow, controls, etc. from overseas to the Hauppauge HQ
    • The CFO feels the two A/P staff based overseas are inefficient and ineffective, so the goal in the beginning is to assess the A/P workload and if necessary, hire a second A/P Specialist for the Hauppauge HQ to work either on the A/P Specialist's level, or under the supervision of A/P Specialist.

    Job Requirements:

    • Associates degree required; Bachelors degree a plus
    • 3+ years of applicable, 'hands on' A/P processing experience
    - 'Hands on' experience is preferred, but not required

    • Must be ITsavvy and able to learn new software applications and tools with relative ease
    • At least intermediate Excel skills required
