- The Sales professional will be required to do the following:
- Proactively pursue, source and develop new business within Manufacturing industries in major US metro areas
- Identify account prospects that fit within the Company's business model and create new leads
- Identify and develop relations with decision makers and secure direct hire recruiting contracts
- Learn and use all company provided software such as CRM systems, to enter, update and maintain prospective client information
- Connect and communicate with small to midsize businesses to help them recruit.
- Assist with the onboarding of new clients
- Represent the company in different divisions relative to the industry in which our services are sold
- Provide his or her own work equipment and internet connection to successfully work from home or remotely. These items include strong, high-speed internet connection, computer, dual monitors, camera, good lighting and noise cancelling earphones
- Regular and dependable attendance Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in selling commercial services in a National or Regional scope
- Demonstrated skills in business development

Position Overview:
We are expanding our reach, and we are seeking a highly experienced Sales professional to sell our recruiting services to our Manufacturing clients. We are based in California however we are?100% remoteand serve our clients nationwide.
The ideal candidate will have multiple years of sales experience selling recruiting services, preferably in Oil & Gas Manufacturing and/or Production. Experience in selling Recruitment services for this same industry is a plus.
