Job summary
The GI Physician Assistant works in close collaboration with Attending Gastroenterologist Hepatologists and support staff. They participate in the care of patients seen in Wyoming VA Clinic including but not limited to GI Hepatology and CVT- Coordination of veteran care related to GI and Hepatology conditions surveillance diagnosis treatment and Veteran education to maintain or improve health
- Serve as consultant to nursing staff in initiating and implementing problem-solving strategies for the patient with complex gastro problems
