Job summary
The Youth Counselor is responsible for leading developing and building relationships with youth participants in the program under the supervision of the Youth Site Director. They manage these functions according to YMCA mission goals policies established by administrative staff governing committees and Board of Directors.Responsibilities
- Supervises and builds relationships with a group of elementary middle school students.
- Implements program activities that are culturally relevant developmentally appropriate consistent with YMCA values.
