Our Web Developer
Will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications that provide seamless user experiences.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn design concepts into functional and interactive websites, ensuring it's both visually appealing and technically robust.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects and make a significant impact on our digital presence.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our design team to translate wireframes and mockups into fully functional and visually appealing websites. Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create intuitive user interfaces that deliver an exceptional user experience.
Develop and maintain server-side logic, databases, and APIs to support the functionality of web applications. Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems for optimal performance.

Create responsive web designs that adapt seamlessly to various devices and screen sizes, delivering a consistent and enjoyable user experience across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.

Implement best practices to optimize website speed and performance, ensuring fast loading times and smooth interactions.
Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in existing web applications to maintain their stability and reliability.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and other developers, to align on project goals and ensure successful project execution.

Implement security measures to safeguard the integrity and privacy of user data, adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies, and apply this knowledge to enhance the quality and efficiency of our web projects.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a strong understanding of front-end frameworks like React
Experience with server-side languages such as , and Python and familiarity with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
Demonstrated ability to create responsive web designs using media queries and other techniques.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) for collaborative development.
Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and tools to deliver high-performing websites.
Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to troubleshooting and debugging.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with an ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
A portfolio of previous web development projects showcasing your technical skills and creativity.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with mobile app development (iOS, Android).
Knowledge of SEO best practices and web accessibility standards.
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and the ability to provide design input.
Understanding of serverless architectures and cloud computing platforms.

Job Title and Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is between $130,000 and $173,000, based on full-time employment.

Actual salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and work location.
