Description

Our client is a well known brand name in entertainment, rapidly growing and expanding their offerings globally.

Their tax department is looking for a Senior Tax Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Tax Compliance:

Assist in preparation of US and foreign income tax returns, estimates, and other filings for corporations, partnerships, and other entities.

Tax Provision:

Assist in preparation of worldwide income tax provisions under ASC 740 and IAS 12/IFRIC 23, including deferred tax analysis and reconciliation.

Tax Accounting:
Maintain income tax-related records, including deferred tax assets/liabilities and valuation allowances.

Tax Examination Management:
Assist with federal/state/foreign audits, review proposed adjustments, and prepare protests for disputed adjustments.

Special Projects:
Assist with transfer pricing, intercompany agreements, M&A due diligence, tax planning, and other tax-relevant items.

Requirements:

2-3+ years of relevant tax experience, preferably from a top 10 public firm

B.A., B.S. in Accounting/Finance

Masters in Tax or CPA in process

Excellent communication skills
