    Commercial Construction Superintendent A well-respected, diverse commercial general contractor, known for delivering high-quality projects across various sectors, is looking for a Superintendent.

    Construction Superintendent Responsibilities:
    ~ Lead and manage on-site construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
    ~Coordinate and communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
    ~Oversee all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety measures.
    ~Monitor and inspect construction activities, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards.
    ~Provide leadership, guidance, and training to site personnel, ensuring a safe and productive work environment. Minimum of 5 years of experience leading construction teams in a superintendent role.
    ~Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
