Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN, has an opportunity for a nurse practitioner to join the Pulmonology team Outpatient only 2+ years experience as an NP required.

Lutheran Hospital is a 396-bed tertiary care center with an advanced cardiac care program: Advanced heart failure, cardiac transplants and VADs, complex arrhythmias and devices, TAVR, Mitraclip, Watchman, CardioMEMS and more


Details of Position:
Outpatient only
Monday - Friday, no call required
Obtain patient history and perform exams
Assess and revise plans of care; New, follow up and post-op patients
Order, perform and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures as needed
Educate patients and families
Collaborative team of Pulmonologists and APPs
