    Description
    Come and join the magic with Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa 100% paid tuition at network schools
    ~ Recreation Host/Hostess cast members will maintain poolside cabanas for all Guests while providing exemplary Guest Service at various pool locations. They will also staff the Dive Shop, slide dispatch and pool gates.
    Proactively address guest needs by answering questions, giving directions and other information regarding the hotel/resort or surrounding areas
    Works indoors and outdoors in all kinds of weather including extreme temperatures and high humidity

    Proficient in English and Japanese Language Required
    Must be able to complete repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
    Training Availability: 2-3 weeks of full availability (day AND evening) will be required immediately following the start date to complete the training
    Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events
    This role is Full-Time and requires full availability for any shift, a MINIMUM of THREE (3) days per week, including nights and holidays

    Previous experience in a Hotel/Resort environment
    Knowledge of Hawaiian/Japanese language preferred
    Previous experience in hospitality or tourism related role on the Hawaiian Islands preferred
    Full availability for any shift, seven (7) days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred

    Full-time - Full availability is required seven (7) days per week, including weekends and holidays per business needs

    Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am.

    Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events.
