We are seeking a Senior IT Recruiter to join our team and help us find top-notch IT professionals to support our clients' needs. Main Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Manage the entire recruitment process for IT roles, from posting job listings to onboarding new hires.
Candidate Sourcing: Use diverse methods like job boards, social platforms, and networking events to attract skilled candidates.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to comprehend their staffing requirements and offer insights on recruitment approaches.
Candidate Engagement: Ensure candidates have a positive experience through consistent communication and feedback.
Recruitment Analysis: Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate strategies and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, particularly in mid-to-senior level positions.

Solid understanding of IT domains like software development, cybersecurity, and data science.
