    Caregiver Position

    We are seeking a flexible Caregiver to support clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their daily activities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain professional communications using respectful Trauma-Informed Care language
    • Perform direct care for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in a residential setting
    • Train, transport, cook, feed, bathe, toilet, and perform other duties associated with daily living
    • Adhere to the TPC Business Code of Conduct and report concerns if ethical and/or business standards are compromised

    Requirements:

    • No prior experience is required
    • High school diploma, GED, or three written professional letters of recommendation and completion of competency tests
    • One semester (12 credit hours) of accredited college work or minimum eighth grade reading comprehension level as evidenced by ABLE test score
    • Valid Texas driver's license and insurability under agency vehicle policy
    • 18 years of age or older

    The ideal candidate will have a caring nature and a desire to help others. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for advancement.

    We offer flexible employment options, including PRN (as needed) and part-time positions. Full-time staff members may also be considered based on availability.

    Our caregivers work in Pampa, Texas, supporting individuals with unique needs.

    The salary for this position is $16.55 per hour.
