    Description

    Average hourly rate is $21.86 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)

    This position has Hybrid capabilities to those who reside in or around Papillion area.

    Do you enjoy working with children and families? TFI Family Services is looking to add a full-time Foster Care Worker to our team. All you need is a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field with two or more years of experience in the human service field or a master's degree in a human services field.

    We will provide you with the necessary training.


    A Day in The Life as a Foster Care Worker

    • Work with children and families to ensure their well-being in home environments.
    • Teach skills like emotion regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and effective communication within families.
    • Collaborate with foster parents to train, license, and support them along with the children in their care.
