    Job Overview

    • Operate Horizontal CNC Boring Machine with Fanuc control for boring, drilling, milling, and tapping various parts
    • Interpret prints, perform necessary calculations, and write/edit CNC programs
    • Set up fixtures and jigs for CNC machining, adjust tooling offset calculations
    • Execute general machining tasks

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Run G & L CNC Horizontal Boring Mill, Fanuc controlled
    • Interpret prints, make calculations, and edit CNC programs
    • Regrind tools, repair tooling equipment, and set up parts/equipment
    • Perform maintenance on Boring Mill, use hoists and special fixtures
    • Conduct quality checks using measuring instruments, determine feeds and speeds
    • Adhere to quality control standards, safety procedures, and maintain cleanliness
    • Additional tasks as assigned, proficiency in Master Cam software is advantageous
