Start/End Date: ASAP - May 22, 2026, with opportunities for Extended School Year (ESY) and renewal for the 2026-2027 school year
Grade Levels: Ages 18-22
Caseload: Supporting transition-aged students with a wide range of abilities, focusing on independence, functional communication, and daily life skills
Salary Range: $60,000-$75,000 annualized, based on experience and qualifications
Paid Time Off: 6 days per year, prorated based on your start date

AnthroMed is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide onsite therapy to students ages 18-22 in South Holland, Illinois. This full-time role begins as soon as possible and runs through May 22, 2026, with the opportunity to continue through Extended School Year and renew for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with transition-aged students, helping them build independence through functional communication and real-world life skills. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while growing within a supportive, mission-driven organization.

Responsibilities

· Provide full-time speech and language therapy services Monday-Friday, 7:55 AM-2:30 PM, to students with a variety of abilities
· Support functional communication, vocational readiness, and life skills development (e.g., conversational language, community-based interactions, workplace communication)
· Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions
· Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and related service providers to support communication skills in group and individual settings
· Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress reports, and stakeholder communication
· Utilize the IEP system for documentation and compliance
· Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training
· Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning

Qualifications

· Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in the process of completing)
· Current Illinois licensure or eligibility (IDFPR)
· Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement (required)
· Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain
