- Onboarding of new employees, setting up their IT infrastructure, and providing day-to-day technical support.
- Collaborate with both internal teams and a 3rd party IT support company to maintain a reliable and efficient IT environment.
- Set up workstations, laptops, and other necessary equipment for new hires.
- Provide Tier 1 / Tier 2 technical support for end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network related issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various systems and platforms.
- Install, upgrade, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
- Perform routine maintenance on hardware including updates and patches.
